If you are dissatisfied with your purchase feel free to exchange your product. You have 7 working days from the date you received your order to exchange or return, the first step is to contact our customer care team by emailing [email protected]. Then we will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. If you are based outside Brazil you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Important informations:
- You can exchange the product you want as long as it is available in our stock .
- The product must be shipped in its original packaging, undamaged, or securely for transport, which will be examined case put the product at risk, in this case we cannot accepted the exchange and the product will be returned .
- The original receipt or a copy of it must come with the product .
- The conditions for returning the product will be analyzed, since the return was accepted (defective product, damaged during shipment or in disagreement with the request) you can choose to exchange for other product or refunding the amount paid .
- The return will be refunded in the original form of payment, if the payment was made by credit card, the reversal will occur within two billings of your card, or if your purchase was paid through bank deposit, the amount will be debited to the current account you indicate within 10 working days.
- We cannot accept returns of final sales.
